Israel Is Back on The Map!

After the first printing of “Collins Primary Geography Atlas For The Middle East” forgot to include Israel, the ADL raised its voice in protest to have it added back

Imagine for a moment. A geography class is being taught in a public school. The children open their textbooks – and look at a map of the Middle East that is missing Israel.

Could it be an honest mistake, not putting Israel on the map?

No sir. It cannot.

Well, this is exactly what happened with the first printing of “Collins Primary Geography Atlas For The Middle East.” No Israel on the map!

This textbook was explicitly sold to English-speaking schools located throughout the Middle East. Soon afterwards, the Anti-Defamation league raised a major protest, resulting in the author of the textbook publicly apologizing, and immediately withdrawing the textbooks.

As it turned out, the author omitted Israel from the map due to “local preferences.”
